Property Manager – Full / Part Time

An excellent opportunity to join our client, an award-winning local Estate Agent, who is looking to recruit a Property Manager to assist with all aspects of property management. The successful candidate will be joining their friendly Stonehouse office on a permanent basis.

This role can be considered on a full or Part Time basis with a minimum of 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities;

• Coordinating maintenance works

• Addressing and resolving tenants’ queries and concerns

• Liaising with utility companies and city council

• Responding to incoming emails and telephone enquiries

• Organising safety certificate renewals

• Arranging checkouts and dealing with dilapidations

• Inspecting property condition at regular interval and reporting back to landlords

Key attributes

• Excellent problem-solving capability and positive can-do attitude.

• Previous experience in a property management role is beneficial

• Can demonstrate excellent customer service experience.

• Computer literate.

• Strong administration skills.

Hours; Full or Part Time, flexible between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday - Saturday

Salary; Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
