Property Manager / Leasing Associate

Leicester

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, plus up to 20% Discretionary Bonus.

Hours: Mon – Friday 9am – 6pm

My client is a dynamic and growing property company, based in the centre of Leicester with a large portfolio of quality properties.  Now seeking an accomplished and skilled Property Manager with experience of leasing / lettings.

Responsibilities: 

• Dealing with enquiries from potential tenants, booking and attending viewings.
• Working to address any tenant issues and complaints via phone and face to face.
• Proactively resolving any tenant issues, liaising with the maintenance coordination team to ensure a seamless service.
• Planning and attending property inspections, log and report findings.
• Dealing with queries from guarantors.
• Managing the property management inbox, triaging reported issues.
• Making regular tenant well being calls.
• Ensuring planned rental income is achieved or exceeded.
• Providing a first class tenant experience.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements.

Who we’re looking for:

• 2-5 years property management or leasing / lettings experience.
• Experience of working in a high level customer service environment.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent organisation & time management skills.
• Confident and outgoing personality.
