Salary: £8.00 - £11.25 per hour depending on age
Here at Bisham Abbey our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver these services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we have an opportunity as we are looking to recruit for an Events Assistant to join our team.
Bisham Abbey is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Bisham Abbey provides excellent facilities to Britain’s leading sports men and women. Bisham Abbey is also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days.
As the Events Assistant you will support the Events Supervisor in all aspects of delivering Events within the Abbey. A professional attitude and a good eye for detail is key for this role, our guests have high expectations so we must deliver the best standards of customer service.
Our business is aiming to grow its private function numbers and provide customers with a “world class” experience which you can be part of, and you will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts, and excellent development opportunities.
About you
This is an entry level job where no previous experience is necessary however a passion for Events/Hospitaltiy is essential. You will be flexible within your schedule to be available for the Events and good communication to confidently assist the smooth running of each Event are key for this role.
