Our client is a fantastic upper market independant estate agency seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager.
Joining a dynamic, fast paced department in a rapidly expanding company. This is a pivotal
role servicing their clients and managing the company’s property portfolio. Fostering relationships with landlords and tenants is essential in order to achieve portfolio growth and to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Due to the fast based nature of this role at least 1-2 years experience in a similar position is required.
Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors
- Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
- Attending inspections for properties and check outs with outsource inventory companies.
- Sending reports to tenants and landlords
- Booking gas, electric and EPC certificates • Contacting utility companies
- Organising move in and move out of tenants
- Adhering to compliance by efficient administration
- Processing insurance claims
- Approving and processing invoices
- Manage relationships with Contractors
- Working closely with the lettings teams to ensure the smooth running of tenancies
- Arranging gas and electrical safety checks
- Assisting with inventories, check-ins and checkouts
- Negotiating deposit returns
Essential Criteria:

- IT literate and strong MS Office skills and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team and support others while also being self-motivated and able to work alone Discretion and confidentiality
- Well presented, smart business attire
- Drives & has own vehicle

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6pm
