Your Role: As a Property Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day maintenance and repairs across the property portfolio.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Respond promptly and effectively to tenant queries and issues.
- Coordinate with landlords and contractors to facilitate seamless operations.
- Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A proven track record in property management, especially within a lettings environment.
- Independence: The ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
- Organisation: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage a busy workload.
- Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SME software is a plus, but not essential.
