Property Manager, London

Tiger Private is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the personal property portfolio of an UHNW client.
The ideal candidate will be based in London and will be responsible for maintaining several properties across the UK and Europe. These include a primary residence in South Kensington, another in Surrey, and also properties in France and Spain.
This role demands a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
The Property Manager will handle all aspects of property maintenance, regularly coordinating with various service providers. This includes scheduling appointments with plumbers, electricians, HVAC specialists, and other contractors to ensure the properties are well-maintained and any issues are promptly addressed.
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of property management and maintenance, ensuring the client's properties remain in optimal condition at all times and being the main point of contact between the Principals and the senior staff.
Although this will predominantly be a London based role, there will be a requirement to travel to the other properties on occasion and a UK driving licence will be required.
Proven longevity in similar roles is a must, along with excellent checkable references.
