The Client:
Our client is a well-established real estate agency, specialising in property management, auctions, residential sales, commercial real estate, and leasing.
The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will coordinate with owners, landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
* Addressing daily general maintenance concerns.
* Performing property inspections to maintain its condition.
* Managing inquiries from owners and tenants.
* Informing clients about legal obligations.
* Maintaining regular communication with property owners and management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar role.
* Understanding of Landlord / Tenant Law Including RTB, Rent Increases Notice Periods.
* Skilled in outlook, word and excel.
* Exceptional problem solving and time management Skills.
* Full UK driving licence and own car.
