Our client in Wellingborough is seeking an efficient Property Managerto join their small team.
Our client requires someone to work on a permanent full-time basis. This role requires someone who is open minded with a "can do" attitude that is willing to chip in and help the team. For this role you will be required to do property visits so will be 50% in the office and 50% on visits.
Duties and responsibilities for the Property Manager role include:
- Day to day management of large rental portfolio.
- Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors for any maintenance needs
- Ensuring all properties are always compliant.
- Carrying out all compliance checks for Pre-Tenancy and raising all required documentation
- Conducting property visits, check in inventories and end of tenancy final inspections.
- Manage all property related queries post moving in.
Skills and experience required for the Property Managerrole:
- Previous lettings experience ideal but not essential.
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively whilst working on own initiative and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude
- First class customer service.
- Good time keeping and diary management.
- Good understanding of IT.
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
