An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager to become a part of our client's team and assist in overseeing their expanding property portfolio.
As a Lettings Property Manager, you will be responsible of ensuring that all properties under your supervision are compliant with all applicable regulations.
Location: Swindon, SN1
Salary: A salary between GBP24,000 and GBP27,500 (Dependent on experience)(Commission)
Hours: 8:45am to 5:30pm
Days: Monday to Friday(In-person)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of properties.
- Conduct property inspections ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Negotiate renewal tenancy agreements with landlords & tenants including Rent Increases.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly and to a high standard.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including compliance with relevant health and safety and fire safety regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all tenants, dealing with enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in lettings management or property management.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Landlord and Tenant Act and Health and Safety regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
