Property Manager

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Property Manager on behalf of our client based in Redbourn, Herts.

Working as part of a small office team, you will be managing all aspects of property operations.

The Person:

• Some previous property management experience is essential
• An excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Strong customer service / people skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• A good level of administrative skills is required
• Must have a full UK driving licence

The Role:

• You will be carrying out regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information
• Dealing with follow up calls and admin as required

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm - Hybrid working available

Salary:Up to GBP24,000 pa + Bonus - OTE GBP25,000 pa
