We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, highly skilled and experienced Property Officer to join our team. We are looking for this dynamic individual to join our team on a part-time basis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Being a key member of the property management team.
Providing excellent practical and administration support to the Property Management and Compliance area.
Delivering an integrated, consistent support/administration function whilst considering best practice, regulatory requirements and business priorities.
Your essential skills and requirements will include:
Good basic education to GCSE standard or equivalent (GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English).
Experience of working in a busy office environment.
Experience of working within property management and compliance.
Good knowledge of and confident using Microsoft systems inclusive of Word, Excel and other software systems.
Knowledge of legal and statutory obligations with regards to property and tenancies.
Knowledge and understanding of risk assessments.
Full UK Driving licence and access to transport
