We are currently working on a rare opportunity for a fantastic Law Firm in the City of London. Our client is seeking an Administrator/Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property Team.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 6 months exprience within the Property Department of a Law Firm. You will have a "can-do" attitude and excellent work ethic.
Essential experience includes:
• AP1s, RX1s 2s and Companies House charges
• Also, dealing with requisitions
• Corresponding with other parties to deal with requisitions
• Dealing with sending Notices of Assignment and Charge etc.
You will be supporting a small team which includes 1 Partner, 2 Solicitors, a Paralegal and a Legal Secretary so strong communication skills are a must.
