Prepare to transform average homes into stunning visual tales! As our in-house photography expert, you will find your creative hub at our Harborne office in Birmingham. Your task? Capturing awe-inspiring property images that are sure to dazzle.
We'll arm you with everything you need for the mission: a top-notch camera, lenses, and an iMac to streamline your creative process.
YOUR MISSION:
* Bring homes listed for rent and sale to life with jaw-dropping photographs
* Shoot interior spaces, exteriors, and gardens to capture their unique charm
* Use your keen eye for optimal photo composition, angles, and positioning
* Edit images to light up every nook and cranny
* Help property owners stage rooms for the ultimate "wow" factor

* Has excellent communication skills to charm homeowners and colleagues alike

* Holds a valid UK driving license and has access to a car
Previous experience in property photography isn't essential, but if you've got it, it's a bonus! Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop, is a must.

* This role is for a full-time staff member only.
* Our working hours are 9 am - 5.30 pm. Remote work is not an option; when not on appointments, your base will be our Harborne branch :)
