As a Property Plots Assistant/Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the Plot Sales team by handling incoming calls, initiating file openings, and offering quotes to prospective clients.
- Assisting in covering team absences by running plots for team on required occasions.
- contributing to Anti-money laundering, K17 and stamp duty processes and requirements.
- Facilitating document preparation and issuance, as well as managing fund receipts.
- Assisting with tasks such as generating reports, managing mortgages, and processing exchange paperwork when needed.
- Show high level of organisation skill in managing workload and ensuring deadlines are met.
