Manchester Staff is working with a company looking to add a sales professional to their team. Our client prides themselves on their professionalism and the high level of customer service they provide. They’re looking for the right person to join their already successful sales team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising inbound and outbound customers on their best options for investment opportunities in the property sector. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of property investment and how the process works. The Sales Executive will be responsible for taking inbound warm leads and calling out to prospective companies whilst being able to manage their own pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Being able to adapt from speaking to businesses to members of the public.
• Converting leads into sales whilst providing a professional experience for the client.
• Organise their own pipelines with a mixture of provided & sourced leads.
• Talking with inbound customers & outbound calling prospects.
• Managing sales processes.
• Objection handling.
• Using CRM’s & completing own administrative tasks.
• Hitting set targets & KPI’s.
