Property Sales Executive
Milton Keynes based.
Range of 18k – 20k basic. 5–10% commission, based upon experience.
OTE of between 35k – 45k.
Monday – Saturday, 9.00am – 5.00pm with days off being Thursday and Sunday.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results–driven Property Sales Executive to join this award–winning family–owned agency based in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will need to have their own car and clean licence.
Your Responsibilities:
Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales journey.
Conducting property valuations and advising clients on pricing strategies.
Viewings and Negotiations:
Arranging property viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful sales transactions.
Collaborating with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.
Staying informed about local property trends and market conditions.
You will need
Previous experience in estate agency or sales negotiation is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
