Job Title: Sales Manager - Luxury Real Estate (London Focus)

Join our client is a prestigious real estate firm based in Dubai, specializing in curating and presenting luxury properties in London to high-net-worth individuals. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the London-focused sales team. We are looking for a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for luxury properties in London and a proven track record in sales leadership.
OTE of £100,000 - £150,000 p.a.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target high-net-worth individuals in Dubai interested in investing in luxury properties in London.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled sales professionals, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Stay abreast of market trends and property developments in London to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to create compelling campaigns targeting the Dubai market.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from client engagement to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a focus on the London market.
- Demonstrated success in selling luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals.
- In-depth knowledge of the London real estate market, including current trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a focus on the London market.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding a successful sales team.
