Location: Cavan
Remuneration: €30,000 - €35,000neg + Discretionary bonus

The role of the Senior Counter Sales – Plumbing & Heating Products will involve:
- Counter Sales position selling a distributed range of Plumbing & bathroom products such as: baths, showers, sanitaryware, radiators, water heaters, pipes, fittings etc.
- Predominately selling to plumbing contractors, housebuilders & retail end users
- Serving customers on the trade counter, taking orders and processing them
- You’ll also be required to support with warehouse duties and responsibilities
- Picking orders, stacking shelves and assisting with loading/unloading deliveries
- Assisting with stock levels, ensuring the trade counter is always fully stocked
- Providing excellent customer service
- Upselling and cross selling where possible
- Order values can range anywhere from €20 - €10,000
The ideal applicant will be a Senior Counter Sales – Plumbing & Heating Products with:
- Must have experience with Plumbing & Heating and/or bathroom products
- Must have experience in a customer facing role
- Would consider someone who has completed a plumbing apprenticeship
- Experience working in sales or on a trade counter highly beneficial
- Would consider someone from a builders merchant
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident dealing with and liaising with customers
- Full driving license, forklift licence beneficial but not essential
