My client is a Chartered Insurance Broker who has experienced significant growth this year and is now in a position due to the growth to hire a Property Owners Schemes Account Handler to join their Bristol office
The Role as a Property Schemes Account Handler:
- Handling New Business, Renewals, MTA's for commercial insurance, specifically property owners i.e. rented houses/blocks of flats
- Working alongside the Account Executives to ensure the clients have the very best proposition and covers are sourced
- Working within the confines of their delegated underwriting authority to bind SME property owner policies
- The opportunity to have a split between working from home and in the office plus fully funded support in gaining the necessary insurance qualifications
- Work closely with colleagues and other areas of the business
- Organise and manage own time in accordance with procedures to meet client requirements and time scales of the Bristol office
You:
- Experience handling property owners insurance
- Experience of administering a delegated authority binder would be advantageous
- Cert CII qualification is beneficial but not essential as support for this is provided
- Knowledge of the insurance markets available
- Acturis experience needed
- Be commutable to Bristol
