This Role: Property Services Advisor
Location: Beeston, NG9 1LA
Permanent Full Time 37.5hrs per week - Salary £22,260
Following an exciting development in our Property Services Team based within our Customer Services Directorate, we are expanding and recruiting for a Property Services Advisor. In this role you will answer queries relating to Estates Management and Property Maintenance.
This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will get to make a real difference to our customers. This isn't a standard contact centre roles, be prepared to be tested on your communication abilities and your commitment to providing customer excellence.
Duties will include, but not be limited to: -
- First point of contact for customer queries relating to repairs, including email and direct telephone calls
- Ensure calls are prioritised and managed to a high standard. This includes recording work accurately and enabling repairs to be completed within agreed timescales.
- Respond quickly to emergency and urgent maintenance queries to safeguard customers and property.
- Provide an efficient, courteous service to our internal and external customers during every interaction they have with us.
- Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact wherever possible and take ownership of enquiries that require further action.
- Use an empathetic approach if the customer has any reason to be dissatisfied and help to resolve their query to create positive customer experiences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Property Directorate, and other teams across MTVH, to improve service effectiveness.
- Support the delivery of all administrative tasks within the rest of the Property Desk.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a great entry level role into MTVH. So while previous experience isn’t essential you must be able to demonstrate you are customer focused with a can-do attitude and a positive approach. You will have the ability to remain composed under pressure whilst demonstrating empathy to our diverse range of customers. A natural multitasker, you will operate in an organised and structured manner; be detailed driven and capable of always producing outstanding quality work.
This role requires you to have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills to resolve queries received at the first point of contact in a timely and positive manner. You will need to have typing ability along with moderate IT literacy skills and an understanding. No two days are the same so you must enjoy working in a varied and busy property repairs and maintenance environment.
