Property / Estate Agency Social Media Manager - Newport - up to £24k basic plus bonus

My client is a leading and established Sales, Lettings and property management company that specialise in providing top-notch property services to clients across the area. Job Description:

They are seeking a highly motivated and talented Social Media Manager to join their fun and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to drive engagement and traffic to their website. The role requires a strong understanding of Social Media platforms, particularly Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and Google Ads. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for setting up and running automated email campaigns, engaging with database, responding to and requesting google reviews. Creating compelling and engaging content, including Instagram and Tiktok reels, as well as managing paid Social Media campaigns. The successful applicant must have a desire and track record for turning clicks into leads.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and creating content strategies - market research, competitor SEO analysis, launching and managing paid Social Media ad campaigns with measurable goals. Understanding the data of campaign performance. You would be keeping up to date with trends and developments in Social Media and implementing these into their strategy.
• Short-form video content - create and edit educational video content that adds value to boost audience engagement through the use of Instagram reels, Tik-Tok and Youtube shorts. You will need a strong ability to use CapCut, Splice and built-in editor tools in Instagram and YouTube.
• Create Professional Graphics - using Adobe Create Suite and Canva, produce still and animated graphics for marketing ad campaigns, website improvements and Youtube/Instagram covers, promotional offers.
• SEO Techniques - Strengthen their online presence and increase visibility through effective keyword research, website improvements through optimising content for both website landing pages and blogs.
• Copywriting - long and short form copy for Social Media platforms, promotional campaigns, story telling and business updates with newsletters and weekly blogs for the sales, letting and community content.
• Effective email marketing - Plan and deliver successful email marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Campaign performance & evaluation of success - be hands on with this initiative and produce measurable metrics and data to analyse content performance and make recommendations for improvements on future marketing projects.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with experience in copywriting, Social Media content creation, and Social Media advertising. Strong knowledge in SEO, PPC and google console.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Google Ads
• Proficient in CapCut and Canva
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Forward-thinking and ability to work with Ai Apps like ChatGPT
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to take initiative and work independently

Desirable:

• Background knowledge of the property and real estate industry

Working Hours -Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
