Job Description
- Conducting detailed space audits and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with different departments to identify their space needs.
- Developing and implementing space utilization standards and guidelines.
- Preparing space allocation plans for relocations and new buildings.
- Assisting in the development and management of the property database.
- Monitoring space utilisation and recommending changes as necessary.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Space Planner should have:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in space planning or related field.
- Proficiency in using space planning software.
