Description

• Conducting detailed space audits and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with different departments to identify their space needs.
• Developing and implementing space utilization standards and guidelines.
• Preparing space allocation plans for relocations and new buildings.
• Assisting in the development and management of the property database.
• Monitoring space utilisation and recommending changes as necessary.
• Participating in facilities management projects as required.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations regarding space planning.

Profile

A successful Property Space Planner should have:

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in space planning or related field.
• Proficiency in using space planning software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
