Property Supervisor Working in locations across London Hours: Between 9am-6pm (to be discussed during interview) Approx 1 weekend per month GBP20,000 - GBP24,000 + up to 10% bonus
Our client is run with all the positive values associated with a family-owned business. They have an ever-growing portfolio of apartments and homes across many locations in London.
As a Property Supervisor, you will be a physical presence in properties, ensuring that the quality of the apartments and properties are maintained. This will include overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, property upkeep, completing property inspections and liaising with the admin team. You will also be communicating with guests and tenants as well as the landlords of private residences.
This role will be perfect for you, if you are looking to step into the property/hospitality industry and are eager to take on a new challenge every day and set about resolving the issues that may arise. The business does a mix of short and long let, which brings with it a different set of challenges.
Please note that this role is largely based out of the office as you will be travelling around the various London properties. You will be expected to work on the move and be in contact with the office throughout the day.
The successful candidate will earn a fantastic salary of GBP20 000 + up to 10% bonus.

What will your role as a Property Supervisor look like?
The Role
Alongside another Property Supervisor you would cover about 50% of the whole portfolio of London properties.You will be supported in your role by being paired with a dedicated Property Admin and Maintenance Man in a team of 3.The PS would be completing regular apartment and property inspections to ensure that the properties are always clean, welcoming, and tidy.You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, so to speak. You will raise any issues and feedback to the Admin Team & cleaners directly so that they can be resolved.The Supervisors are quality checkers, making sure that pre arrival checks are completed and that our arriving guests have a pleasant stay.All inspections will be logged into our internal system with detailed notes from the inspections. Also we record the frequency of any visits to ensure that regular checks are being completed.They would also do checks of communal areas, lifts, storage spaces and amenity levels etc. In a Property Supervisor we would be looking for someone from a serviced apartment, maintenance or hospitality style background, with a keen eye of detail and who can work to short deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensuring that the apartment are up to standard, housekeeping is checked and being present for guests as and when needed (during working hours).Communicating with guests and keeping them up to date on anything that may affect their stay. Including by not limited to any contractor visits, maintenance visits, servicing, scaffolding etc which will affect their stay.Detailed reports on works and communicating the updates amongst other teams/colleagues.Scheduling site inspections and completing property checks.Basic maintenance work will be completed by the Supervisor - for example changing light bulbs, setting up TV s, battery changes for TV remotes etc.General troubleshooting over the phone with guests who require assistance.
