Cheshire Constabulary are now open for applications for PSs and DSs that wish to transfer to Cheshire from any other Home Office force.
Cheshire Constabulary's purpose is to deliver even safer communities for the whole of Cheshire by preventing and tackling crime, making Cheshire's roads safer, delivering justice for victims of crime, protect vulnerable and at-risk people and modernising our police service.

If you have a proven track record of delivering excellent policing, are operationally credible and ambitious to be a key member of a team committed to delivering ambitious policing then we would welcome an application from you.
We have the following priority roles to recruit to and will be particularly keen to progress officers interested in transferring as/into:
- Response
- Custody
- Area Investigation Teams.
- Crime Trainers.
- Detective - CID.
- PIP2 Qualified Detectives.
- Level 1 Public Order Trained.
- Search trained.
- Advanced driver, in particular TPAC and Motorway.
- OSPRE/NPPF qualified.
Please note that whilst current role, specialisms and training will be considered when identifying postings we must also meet operational demand and so are unable to guarantee individual preferences.
We onboard Transferees on a monthly basis and you will be contacted soon after we have received your application to agree which intake you will be aligned to.
