Form of workKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and formulate treatment plans for clients experiencing mental health challenges.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a diverse range of psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, documentation, and progress notes.
- Accredited qualification in Psychology or related field (eg, Counseling, Clinical Psychology).
- Registration with a relevant professional body (eg, HCPC, BABCP, BACP).
- Proven experience in delivering psychological interventions within a clinical or community setting.
- Strong assessment and formulation skills, with the ability to tailor treatment plans to individual client needs.
