Wellesbourne & Walton Parish Council are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the renovation of a Commercial Building
(Hours and salary to be agreed)
Your main responsibilities would be:
- Creating work schedules with contractors to ensure the project maintains agreed timescales
- Oversight of building works to ensure that safe working practices, productivity and required construction standards are maintained at all times across all aspects of the project
- Monitoring all budget areas to minimise overspend
- Expedite any issues raised to the attention of the Council
- Provision of regular progress reports to the Parish Council
