Position Overview:As a Part-time HR
Reward/Data Analyst, you'll be instrumental in driving their HR initiatives forward. Reporting directly to the Head of HR/People, you'll immerse yourself in data reporting, compliance policies, and ensuring top-notch data quality and analysis.
Work Environment:- Part-time basis: 2 days in-office, 1 day remote
- Prime location in the heart of the City
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the HR assistant to input new starter information
- Assist in preparing annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, and profit commission spreadsheets
- Liaise closely with payroll to ensure accurate capture of adjustments
- Serve as a primary contact for Cascade Payroll and other data systems
- Conduct benchmarking surveys
- Support completion of market policies and practices, including gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting
About You:" Proficient in file and data management" Strong organisational and HR/data analysis skills" Knowledge or Regulatory/Reporting" Thorough knowledge of company /compliance policies and procedures" Strong planning, communication /interpersonal skills required" Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: Cascade experience is a plus or experience of other HR Data systems
