Due to our ongoing success and a shift restructure, we are looking for the "NEXT RISING STAR” to join the Ten Tors family.
Your role will be to support the Management team with the day to day running of the business.
Duties to include:
Some opening and closing.
The smooth running of all food and drink service ensuring that all guests leave happy.
Cellar and Bar management
Large booking coordination
Training will be given on all aspects of the business
You will be looking after the business and leading the shift.
The qualities we are looking for are :
Reliable (5 mins early not 5 mins late)
Work ethic (there is always something you can be doing)
Honesty (every good business is built on this foundation)
Teamwork (you are part of a large team all with the same goal)
Above all 'personality' and 'confidence' (Success in hospitality is not just prompt service and consistent food, its about personality and leaving a welcome impression)
Experience is preferred but not essential
You'll be working 45 hours per week including weekends
The role is a hourly paid position with a bonus scheme that can take you up to £32,000
