You will contribute to building and maintaining positive client relationships, driving successful PR campaigns, and ultimately enhancing the client's brand reputation in the market.
This is what will be expected of you:
Client Management:
- Client Liaison and Strategic Counsel: Act as the primary client contact, providing strategic counsel, and playing a key role in developing and implementing account activities.
- Strategic Engagement and Impactful Results: Leverage a deep understanding of clients' objectives and the competitive environment to develop clear business cases, driving meaningful results and impactful engagement opportunities.
- Comprehensive Account Activity Execution: Execute diverse account activities, including events, media relations, social media, and program implementation, ensuring all duties are performed efficiently.
- Deliver high quality written content
- Pitch to media and maintain strong relationships
- Create media strategies
- Actively contribute to crafting presentations for clients and new business opportunities.
- Create award entries and case studies and identify incremental client opportunities, support new business activities, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
The Financial Management of this role includes, but is not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with the agency’s time entry, required trainings, and expense report policies. Take accountability for managing time commitments for oneself and, if applicable, direct reports.
- Develop business acumen and proficiency in financial management tools, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of budgeting, fee estimates, and out-of-pocket expenses.
- Monitor and manage internal job status and due dates, providing timely advice to senior team members about any significant developments.
