Once again we’re looking for incredible talent to join our award-winning, global PR/Comms agency client and this time, you’ll be part of the brand team, delivering for big players in the FMCG sector.
A passion for food & drink, mother & baby is a must.
Deliverables for this role will include, but not be limited to:
Client Management:

• In your role as the trusted client advisor, you will provide strategic guidance and possess a deep understanding of clients' businesses.
• You will articulate clients' key objectives and metrics, aligning them with our the client’s capabilities and anticipating their evolving needs.
• Effectively managing diverse account activities, including events, media relations, and social media, you will lead junior talent to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Addressing client issues promptly and collaborating with the creative in house community,  you will contribute to the formulation of media strategies and stay updated on industry trends. With a keen eye for quality, you ll review drafts to ensure they are client-ready, fostering success across paid, earned, shared, and owned media initiatives.

Business Development:

• By engaging proactively in new business endeavours and presentations, you will contribute to thought leadership activities and build relationships across our client’s extensive network.
• When crafting award entries and case studies, you will actively identify incremental client opportunities, aiming to foster growth and innovation within the organisation.

People:

• Nurturing and developing talent is at the core of this role, involving both formal and informal coaching to guide line reports and junior team members whilst ensuring timely completion of probation reviews, performance assessments, and career conversations.
• You celebrate successes and actively participate in learning opportunities for continuous self-development.
• You will engage in the acquisition of junior talent, contributing to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture, promoting a sense of belonging for every employee.

Financial Management:

• Ensure compliance with the agency's policies on time entry, trainings, and expense reports, taking accountability for managing time commitments.
• Achieve utilisation goals, exhibit commercial acumen, and verify billing accuracy while managing internal job statuses and advising senior team members on developments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in financial management tools, process invoices and purchase orders, and actively contribute to budget development, including fee estimates and out-of-pocket expenses.
