About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team as a Senior Accountant / Accounts Assistant Manager. You will work closely with the Accounts Manager in a role that offers variety and responsibility. Key responsibilities include:
- Accounts Production
- Corporation Tax and Compliance
- Personal Tax
- Management Accounts for a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to large groups
- Leading significant projects and handling complex accounts
- Developing Accountant Trainees and deputizing for the Accounts Manager
Requirements:
- Qualified (ACCA/ICAEW) or qualified by experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a role as Accountant / Senior Accountant
- Strong technical competence as an Accountant / Senior Accountant
- Proficient in accountancy software (experience with Sage, Xero, and CCH is advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills and personable demeanor
- Must be a permanent UK citizen with full work rights and a full driving licence
