Perth Grammar School is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Targeted Support Teacher to join our Learner Support team.
The teacher appointed will have a clear focus on supporting young people who are at risk of not attaining to their potential. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be solution-focused, motivated, and dedicated to improving pupil outcomes.
The role will involve working closely with other members of the Learner Support faculty and staff from curricular areas across the school to ensure the right interventions are in place to support identified young people.
The teacher appointed will be expected to use their significant knowledge and skills to support young people to overcome barriers they are experiencing in accessing the curriculum.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to motivate and engage young people and show that they have a commitment to supporting pupils.
