Job Summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team in Dronfield on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for the prompt recording and monitoring of payment for goods and services to mitigate financial risk, whilst at the same time building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inputting invoices and credits into the system;
* Posting payments and updating the cash book;
* Reconciling statements;
* Requesting copy invoices;
* Registering and chasing up Supplier queries;
* Handling petty cash/expenses;
* Reporting any concerns to the Senior Purchase Ledger/Line Manager;
* Completing all paperwork within the time periods given, ensuring that there is a full audit trail of work required and work carried out;
* Flag any account issues and risks to the Senior Purchase Ledger Administrator;
* Ensure that all Purchase Ledger work is completed in accordance with the required company and legal standards/regulations.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
* Able to work as part of a team to ensure smooth, efficient and collaborative working;
* Ability to build great working relationships both internally and externally;
* Willing to provide cover to other team member(s) where required.
