This is a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Administrator looking to join a reputable groundworks contractor which offers a varied workload and responsibility from day one alongside a great salary and package.
The Role:

• Supplier onboarding, completing appropriate checks.
• Processing invoices, credit card statements and expenses.
• Logging queries onto reporting spreadsheet, liaising with departments and escalating to FC where required.
• Manage accounts payable ledger, completing monthly statement reconciliations.
• Drive internal process adherence to ensure invoicing accuracy.

The Person:

1. Previous experience in a similar accounts assistant/ Purchase Ledger role
2. Good attention to detail and accuracy and ability to prioritise workloads.
3. Good Knowledge of Sage.
4. Experience of CIS.
