Purchase Ledger Administrator

Reed Accountancy are seeking an immediately available Accounts Assistant to join our very well-established client's finance team on an initial long-term temporary basis. This role sits within a friendly, high performing team and is highly likely to be made permanent for the right candidate.

As Accounts Assistant, your key duties will include:

• Monitoring of Accounts Assistant emails
• Input and filing of Purchase Invoices and Credit Notes
• Checking and filing of invoices received.
• Weekly payment of Invoices within terms.
• Weekly checking, posting and payment of Staff Expenses.
• Monthly Download of Credit Card Statements, reconciling and posting of Credit Card transaction

The ideal candidate will need to be available immediately and will have strong previous Accounts Assistant experience. Our clients offices are newly refurbished, easily accessible by public transport and there is plenty of free parking.
