Our Client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small friendly team in Carlisle. Working 32 hrs per week Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.
Responsibilities include;
·Inputting and coding of Purchase Ledger invoices and credit notes, dealing with invoice queries.
·Banking and bank and till reconciliation
·General admin duties which may include answering the telephone, taking messages and dealing with enquiries from suppliers and customers.
Day-to day administration.
Candidate must have excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Candidates must have knowledge of Sage.
Candidates must also be willing to learn new company software programmes.
As this is a small team who work together and admin duties may vary daily therefore candidates must be flexible and willing to work as part of the team who support each other.
