I am delighted to exclusively be working in partnership with my established client to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a fixed term contract. The role will be office based for training purposes then the flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week.
About the job
- Reviewing, checking, and processing a high volume of invoices and credit notes.
- Matching purchase orders to invoices.
- Resolving supplier queries
- Reconciling statements
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Running weekly payments
