Purchase Ledger Assistant

£28,000 + Benefits

Hybrid - 1 day office based - 4 days working from home.

Six months fixed term contract

Swindon

To start as soon as possible

I am delighted to exclusively be working in partnership with my established client to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a fixed term contract. The role will be office based for training purposes then the flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week.

About the job

  • Reviewing, checking, and processing a high volume of invoices and credit notes.
  • Matching purchase orders to invoices.
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Reconciling statements
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Running weekly payments
