Job Title: Purchase Ledger Assistant
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE
Location: Hertford
Contract: Full time, Temp-Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

SKILLS REQUIRED
·Purchase Ledger experience
·Great attention to detail
·Excellent communicator and team player
·Knowledge of Xero accounts system
·Analytical skills and a high level of accuracy
·Time management and deadline-oriented skills
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Processing invoices
·Assist and manage the payment applications and reconciliation of project accounts
·Create and post invoices, using Xero accounting system and Salesforce CRM
·Accounting processes, sales and Purchase Ledger
·Manage subcontractor purchase invoicing
·Credit card reconciliation
·Ad hoc account duties when required in the finance department
