What the Purchase Ledger Assistant job involves

• Processing invoices
• Checking and issuing credit notes
• Reconciliation of statements
• Speaking with suppliers to address and resolve any queries and resolve these quickly
• Processing expenses

Skills required

• Experience from within a similar role is essential
• Experience of Using Sage 50 and MS Excel on a daily basis.
• Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working on your own initiative
• Having exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Other information

• This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week.
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• On-site car parking
• Close to local amenities
