What will the Accounts Payable Assistant role involve?
- Ensure accounts payable invoices are processed in a timely manner;
- Ensure all accounts payable invoices and statements are reconciled;
- Ensure POs are matched correctly and to set deadlines;
- Using your excellent analytical skills to spot discrepancies and provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Assistant vacancy:
- Possess excellent accounts payable experience gained from an SME or larger business;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to forge long lasting relationships;
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Be confident with ERP based systems and have strong Excel skills.
