I am pleased to be working with a growing and successful business based in Deeside who are looking for an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will proactively manage all aspects of the Purchase Ledger and provide additional support to the wider Finance team as required.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Making payments via BACS
- Preparation of payment proposals
- Accurately matching of purchase orders to supplier invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Effective processing of purchase invoices in a timely and efficient manner
- Supporting wider finance team internally
- Ad hoc duties when required
Desired skills and Excperinece
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Well organised
- Strong Excel and IT skills
- Experience working on Navision is desirable
