Our client is a fast growing IT company based in Feltham and are looking for a aspiring individual to join their finance team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. The position is office based and benefits from onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match purchase orders with supplier invoices.
- Accurately input invoices and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process payments and maintain a systematic filing system.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any invoicing issues.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment approvals.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Salary £22,000- £25,000 plus benefits.
