Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client is a fast growing IT company based in Feltham and are looking for a aspiring individual to join their finance team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. The position is office based and benefits from onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities:

• Match purchase orders with supplier invoices.
• Accurately input invoices and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process payments and maintain a systematic filing system.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any invoicing issues.
• Assist in month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment approvals.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Salary £22,000- £25,000 plus benefits.
