SalaryOur team are currently assisting a local Charity in Birmingham to recruit a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk offering a pro rata’d salary of £26,000-£28,000.
This role offers great flexibility with up to 20 hours/week and hybrid working with only one day required in the office per week.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Processing c.120 invoices per month and maintaining the Purchase Ledger
Processing, coding and matching invoices to purchase orders
Reconciling the accounts payable ledger and supplier accounts and investigating discrepancies
Maintaining the accounts inbox
Processing staff expenses and accurately posting to the ledger
Experience required:
Experience of Accounts Payable required
