Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance? WBPS Ltd is seeking a Purchase Ledger Manager to contribute to our dynamic finance team to work in our busy head office, in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire. As a Purchase Ledger Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

The Role

• Manage and develop the Purchase Ledger Team.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage and process weekly/monthly payment runs for authorisation
• Manage the SDMO account who are a key supplier
• Input Purchase Ledger information into Protean/SAGE systems.
• Perform supplier reconciliations matching the system to statements.
• Effectively resolve Purchase Ledger invoice queries.
• Undertake additional duties as required, contributing to the finance department.
• Collaborating closely with the team to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Establish and nurture positive interpersonal relationships within the team and across functional boundaries
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings.
• Working to WB Power Services Ltd ISO Procedures.

The Person

• Min 5 years Purchase Ledger experience.
• Experience of leading a team within a finance function
• Proficiency in SAGE and MS Office programmes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
