Purchase Ledger Manager

We are looking to speak with experienced Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable Managers with high volumed transactional experience who would benefit from working with an established energy company in the outskirts of Southampton.
The role is will benefit from a stunning office setting and great exposure to working within an energetic and progressive business. You'll be responsible for overseeing an autonomous team of 4 with the freedom to manage your day. 
You will assist in training and developing the Purchase Ledger team as well as helping to implement and improve existing processes. You will be comfortable with having difficult conversations and working at a fast pace whilst organising your own workload.
