Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a successful business in the Doncaster area as they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of invoices
- Support and develop the Purchase Ledger team with regular 1-to-1's
- Manage and review payment runs
- Manage closing of ledgers at month end
- Manage company expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Oversee a team of 6
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in Senior Purchase Ledger or Supervisory role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable leading a team within Purchase Ledger
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
