Job description

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a successful business in the Doncaster area as they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the processing of invoices
  • Support and develop the Purchase Ledger team with regular 1-to-1's
  • Manage and review payment runs
  • Manage closing of ledgers at month end
  • Manage company expenses and credit card reconciliations
  • Oversee a team of 6 

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in Senior Purchase Ledger or Supervisory role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable leading a team within Purchase Ledger
  • Good problem solving skills 
  • Ability to work well under pressure
