Are you an experienced Purchasing Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity in Sheffield? Our client are seeking an individual to play a vital role in their purchasing department. As a Purchasing Administrator, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with other departments and contribute to the smooth operation of the organisation.

Role:Purchasing Administrator

Salary: Circa 25,000pa - negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Purchase goods, services, and materials in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with supplier audits to ensure compliance and quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in purchasing systems
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate purchasing activities and support organisational goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a purchasing department is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using internal databases
