About the role:
- As a Purchasing Administrator, you'll engage with diverse stakeholders daily, managing stock replenishment, custom sales orders, and general day-to-day orders
- Effective communication, both internally and externally, remains pivotal to provide regular updates on statuses, delivery timelines, and costs
- Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships will be essential, alongside utilizing internal systems for purchase order generation and maintaining the company's stock portfolio
- Administrative experience in a dynamic role
- Exhibiting exceptional face-to-face and telephone communication skill
- Proficient IT prowess
- Previous exposure to purchasing or stock control is advantageous
