Purchasing Administrator
Our client, a global, established and highly-regarded organisation based in Witney, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Purchasing Administrator.
The successful candidate will be entitled to a package of 23-25k plus a monthly company bonus scheme (worth approx. 2-3k annually) and great benefits.
This position is full-time, Monday to Thursday 8:00-5:15pm and an early Friday finish at 2:00pm.
The Role
Placing new purchase orders and liasing with Suppliers
Updating supplier and product details on the ERP system
Updating shipping and delivery schedules
Organising receipt and delivery of new product samples
Administration of deliveries and stock movements on the accounting system
Organising supplier and customs paperwork
The Ideal Candidate
Prior experience in an administrative role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Experience of meeting deadlines
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

The successful candidate will join a friendly and welcoming team. You will be entitled to a salary of 23-25k plus a monthly company bonus (worth approx. 2-3k annually).
Other benefits include, company social events, company pension, staff discounts, 28 days holiday per annum + 5 loyalty days as well as the company being closed over Christmas Period (not deducted from annual leave) and an early Friday finish.
